The most disgusting women's shelter, if you could even call it that!!! They charge you 30% of your income for rent, which is INSANE because 1.) housing charges less for rent, and 2.) it's a women's shelter, so why are they charging women rent?! And the poor women walk around scared trying to avoid the owner or whoever he is, why? BECAUSE HE IS A MAN. He goes around threatening and harassing women at the shelter and these are women that have been beaten and mentally abused, that have children and/or disabilities. SO WHY IS A MAN RUNNING THE SHELTER, SCARING WOMEN EVERY DAY. Don't EVER live here. It's nasty and there's holes in the walls and the fire alarms don't even work. And Jennifer is the biggest ass about rent, AVOID HER IF YOU CAN. She's not there to help, she sees women as charity cases and thinks she's just doing a dirty job.
