The second time I called the same price was quoted for my cat to get his teeth cleaned and for each extraction. I asked if that was the full price with no additional charge. Both times he assured me it’s 74$ sedation, cleaning and 10$ for each extraction unless they come out easy then no charge. Well like always dealing with these vets in this area I had expected it to be more than the quote but not 100$ more. I didn’t actually get frustrated until they kept saying it was probably because of this or probably because of that not telling me exactly what the extra 100$ was for and why I wasn’t told that at the beginning. I had called two times and the third time I asked the woman again when I dropped the cat off. His teeth were cleaned with one extraction. So I just said how is that on me that you didn’t tell me the correct price? In mind that’s 84$ not 184$. You quoted me same price three times then added 100$ at pick up. Well after a good amount of time they made me wait the boy took the 100$ off the bill and told me not to come back.Well you should of figured out that was never going to happen anyway. So my cat is out of it and I don’t know if there will be complications. I look at his teeth they are still dirty with one small tooth extracted. Family members , friends, and myself have used the veterinarian at this location for over 30 years. I had never been billed more than the quote. These young people working are all about the money now. I will spread the word to my family and friends how they did me. Lots of conversation around the holidays. Just saying expect to get billed a lot more than the quote.
Everyone seems to genuinely care about your family pet. They are super busy so it may take a week or more to get your pet in unless it's an emergency.

The staff is knowledgeable, caring, and friendly. Sometimes you have to schedule appointments 1-2 weeks in advance, which really speaks to how many animals they care for and the quality of care received. Some of the cheapest prices for regular visits and spay/neuter/surgery.
Love them. They go out of their way to treat my fur babies.
