Gregg and his staff are excellent. Gregg's the kind of guy that will give you an honest evaluation of your vehicle and even went as far to prioritize which items needed more immediate attention. I once broke down between Cape Girardeau and Anna and paid extra to have my car towed after hours back to Gregg in Anna over anyone in Cape. He took care of replacing my serpentine belt and accompanying pulley and had me back on the road the very next day.
I contacted Greg and spoke with him regarding the issues. He seemed very knowledgeable, so I took my RV to him.
I'll make it short and sweet.... We had our car towed in to them to be diagnosed. The repairs added up to over 2000 so we declined the repair and had a bill for 178 for the diagnostic labor time.... Called to pay and pick it up and car was STOLEN
