I have also been able to become better acquainted with several of the guys working there, and feel like I have "friends in the business". I would have no problem referring others to call Gerald to set up an appointment for anything automotive related.
I chose Martin's because the neatness and cleanliness of the property spoke of their attention to detail. I'm so glad I did! They installed an after-market exhaust system precisely and for a fair price. Everyone there was quite friendly and didn't treat me differently because I'm a woman with questions! (If you're a woman who's ever gone to a mechanic alone you probably know what I mean.) I really cannot say enough positive things about them. Clean, organized shop, friendly service, and fair pricing!
We broke down returning to Southern Indiana from Memphis. The entire staff at Martin's treated us like we were life-long customers. They did everything they could to get the part for our Lexus and soon had us back on the road. It was very refreshing to meet a group that truly cared about getting us home timely.
